Firefly’s Dance Starter Kit is the most popular way to begin to learn to dance at Firefly Dance Club – the place to dance. Most people, having got a taste of the fun and excitement of partner dancing choose to continue with private lessons or a mixture of private lessons and group classes.

The Firefly Dance Club Starter Kit is for you or you and a partner (or a friend) for the one price. You will learn a number of steps in several dances and some basic technique and we will focus on getting you out on the dance floor.

The Dance Starter Kit includes:

5 x 45 Minute private lessons.
Special weekly beginner level group classes (while taking private lessons).
One Firefly Friday dance night entry for you and a friend.
A program customised just for you with your choice of dance styles.

All this for just $350 – for you or you and a partner – one per customer

Because our teachers are specialists in helping beginners take their first dancing steps. We know how to teach you, so that your dancing will both look and feel great in no time at all.
You can come in and have some fun while getting some basic grounding in the most popular social dances.
You will have the opportunity to sample both group classes and private lessons to discover the best mix for you.
This package is excellent value and the perfect way to start even if you can’t attend the weekly group classes or specifically want to dance together rather than rotate in group classes.
Our flexible system allows you to schedule your lessons at a time to suit you.

What happens during the Dance Starter Kit lessons?

Apart from trying out the basics in a number of dance styles, one-on-one with one of Firefly’s expert instructors and getting some initial understanding of leading and following, we assist you in planning how you would like your dancing to progress.

During the five lessons we will discover what benefits you are looking for from your dancing, tell you about how things work at Firefly, talk about the goals you would like to set and how we can help you achieve them. However, goal setting is not attached to a particular package of lessons and we have no contracts. After the Dance Starter Kit is completed, you get to choose how many lessons you want to purchase at any one time.
