Foxtrot has a smooth and flowing character, but still remains playful. The upper body of the dancers move smoothly as their feet trot underneath.
The best way to start regular group classes. An introduction to some of the most popular social dances: Beginner 1 covers Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba and East Coast Swing. Beginner 2 covers, Tango, Cha Cha and Nightclub Two Step.

Cha Cha is one of the most popular Latin Dances. A cheeky, lively style danced to the infectious Latin Rhythms.
The East Coast Swing is fun, high energy and danced to rock 'n' roll, faster big band jazz & swing music.
